    Awesome have been holding of due difficulties loading last firmware (hanging). I will update this weekend.

    How long should it take for the firmware update to do its thing? I’m stuck on the & screen for 20 minutes now.

    The ‘stuck on update’ issue is a known V1.10 bug. You can power-cycle the console safely, check the version and if the update has failed, restart the firmware update process. Once updated to V1.11, you won’t have the same problem updating to subsequent versions.
