    I’ve saved a show file on my S500 and intend to use it on a S3500 for a few shows coming up.
    Will it recall and spread the show over more banks?
    Could firmware be an issue?
    All knowledge much appreciated.

    it will recall, but not spread over more banks
    you can configure it with Director or test it with director setted to mimic C3500

    Could firmware be an issue?

    normally not
