    So ..
The Shows aspect of the UX is very non-intuitive to me. I have been using the SQ for a while now without really realising what shows are and why you need to use them — only discovered them when I starting prepping different scenes with different shows with different mixer configs and wired things were happening.
Feels like show need to be more front and centre- so that when you save a scene you do so explicitly in the context of a show.

But in my attempt to recover from this and start using shows I saved all my scenes from the default “show ?” to a new show on USB.. to a couple of new shows actually.

Or I thought I did.. I formatted my USB and saved the two shows..
When I try to recall them I get

    Show Recall Failed
    NVData CRC Error
    OK

I have no scenes loaded.. seem to have lost them all…..
When I insert my USB and see if I have any scenes there it says
    Checking
    “In use {show managed)”
    and nothing is available….

    Very frustrating and confusing….
    Can you help please!
Seem to have lost the settings for several bands I work with regularly 🙁

well.. turned out the files were on the memory stick in the AH file structure and when I copied them to another stick and loaded from that I got my scenes back (well it said some were not restored but most were it seems)..
So an issue reading that USB stick I think…

    Lessons learned..
    Use shows..
Make backups of your memory sticks

Still think the UX is weird around this area though
