    hi, first of all I thank you for the answers you have given me, and reading some of them I had the doubt, then confirmed, that the UPS batteries were discharged, I let it charge for 36 hours and now everything works well. The UPS in this case is used only to avoid sudden machine shutdown, which often happens in a live !!!

    Sounds like the battery was uncharged and you tried to use the UPS as the main power source.
    That will not work.
