unmatched sound levels

I use an all all allan and Heath SQ6 for our church service to livestreamand for inhouse audio. we recently had an issue where one of our micswas coming through on livestream but not inhouse. We have other mics going through both outputs with no problem. Is there anything we can do to fix this?
