    For some reason I can not go in to strip mode (option grayed out). I am connected to a surface and most other functions work. Just strip and color do not. I have done this before with no issues before. We are at festival and getting this feature back would be helpful.

    could it be related to logging in as “user vs administrator “?

    Maybe a “block” mode enabled instead of “single”?

    I was thinking user too so I removed all users but one and removed password. Interesting it works on my laptop but not on my mac mini. They both seem to have the same OS and updates and version.

    I believe they are, I am going to dbl check that. They should be. Were bother updated same day.
