Total Noob Question Re: QU32 & Monitors

I have a total Noob Question. I just bought a rarely used QU-32 with Focal Twin6 be monitors. The sound I have coming out of my monitors) regardless if it is Via USB, and instrument, ipod etc sounds super muddy like I’m listening to it from outside (no highs what so ever, cymbals on songs non-existant). In the headphones it sounds awesome, the monitors sound terrible. I’ve done a hard reset. Is there a setting or something I’m missing??? Thanks in advance.

Make sure your mix sends are in pre EQ.

Thanks guys, I tested my Monitors on a setup at my local music store, still no high output. I’m guessing the amp in the monitors is shot? I’m going to see what Focal says. Thanks again.
