    I am attempting to do the update board has been sitting idle for 20 mins now aprrox how long should it take

    It shouldn’t take 20mins for sure, what point has it got stuck on?

    I’ve applied the update to our Avantis without issue as well. The “update operating system” took the longest to complete, but it was only a minute or two long. I’m glad your console finished up correctly because 20 minutes is way too long IMHO.
