I agree, it now has all the things I was missing from my previous mixer.

My first show this weekend with the CQ20B running the latest firmware update. Fantastic experience all around! I (drummer) and Bass player use IEM and the two guitar players use wedges. All were very content with the mixes we were able to get quickly. 96k is where it’s at for sure.

In my opinion, Allen-Heath has out done themselves with the CQ line. I am sure the team will be in constant development of new firmware, which only gets us even more excited.

Special thanks to Dennie Edwards with Highway Marketing for the Live Demo!

Yeah! Great job Keith & crew, it’s much easier to navigate now.
All in all a splendid upgrade!

    Great job!

Many thanks from me too. With version 1.2 you have done a very good job of implementing the missing most wanted functions DCAs, mute groups and custom layers.

And who knows: Maybe in the next version with de-essers in the input channels, a dynamic equalizer in the FX section and sidechains for dynamics, all my current wishes for this mixer would be covered.

+1 for thank you A&H! All new features are excellent. The Custom layer + Lowpass / Highpass on FX are my favourites! <3
