Hi everyone

Have a T112/idr48 at our church.

Trying to reset the user profiles (lost the admin password through years of staff changes). I’m referencing this other post (https://community.allen-heath.com/forums/topic/2011-02-10-161214) to do the dip switch reset. There was a mention of a manual that I could use and confirm I’m following the right steps. Does anyone have a copy of both manuals, specifically the ones that mention the dip switches?

I looked at legacy resources on the website and the posted manuals/resources don’t mention anything. Also found an old post asking for the same thing but a user replied and emailed the manuals directly to the OP instead of posting to the thread.

Hello, in principle everything is explained in the other post. The position of the DIP switches is also mentioned there. However, older iDRs probably do not have the switches in this position (on the right in slot B).

Thank you so much! In this PDF it talks about jumpers 5-8 but in the forum with the link I posted it talks about jumper 4. Still a little confused but I will take a look in the back and see if I can figure it out. Thanks again
