    when ever I move any fader the volume suddenly
    jumps at -10db to about 5db. I can see this by connecting the
    sq-mixpad and there the faders themself jump to 5db while the faders are normal on the mixer. but in either case the volume jumps.
    I have tried calibrating the faders but nothing changes

    Have you tried disconnecting the MixPad?

    Unrelated, but the only issues I ever had with mine was when the MixPad was connected.

    I tried that but it didn’t work…but because I only got my SQ yesterday I did a hard reset and that solved it…but in the future that might not be the best solution if it happens again. (so I don’t lose everything I have done)
