    Hello
in SQ 5 to input St3 I put a stereo signal of the song from CD , the signal to the amplifier goes out to to aux11 and aux12, the signal to the SUB amplifier goes to out aux 9 and aux 10 ; how to change the settings on the console so that the SUB speakers reproduce their channel proportionally (symmetrically)?
    Best regards

Do you mean that ST3’s signal going to Aux 9/10 should follow ST3’s main fader?

Set the ST3 channel in your AUXes to “Post-Fader” and set its AUX fader to 0 dB (..or adjust to taste).
This way the Auxes where ST3 is Post-Fader will follow the Main L/R fader.

See SQ reference manual, Chapter 4.7 “Basic Workflow Concepts”:
“Mix sends set to ‘Post-Fade’ follow the LR send levels. To toggle channels
between ‘Pre-Fade’ and ‘Post-Fade’ for the selected Mix, hold the ‘Pre Fade’ key
    and use ‘Sel’ keys.”

Also cf. Chapter 8.4 “Send Levels and Mix Assignments”.

so far I wanted the stereo signal fed to the St3 to reach aux 9 and aux 10 to use the two SUB speakers connected to these aux, but despite the settings on the I/O screen, either the left or right speaker worked

    What Tom suggested is correct.

There is another way to handle speakers and sub outputs however. You can use matrixes. You output everything to the Main L/R mix, but then send the Main L/R mix to Matrix 1&2. You can route Stereo Matrix 1 to the analog outputs that your main speakers are connected to, and route Matrix 2 to the analog outputs that your subs are connected to. Now when you adjust the Main L/R fader, it will change the volume of both matrixes equally. However you still have individual faders for both matrixes if you decide you need to increase/decrease the volume of one of the sets of speakers (main or subs).
