Can anyone tell me more about this error message. We had a freelance user operating and the desk apparently it crashed this is the only part of the log he took a pic of for me. Unfortunetly he didint send me the full report
Sorry to hear about that. Unfortunately we need the complete logs to diagnose what happened. Depending on how many entries there have been, they may still be there. If you find complete logs, please forward to your distributor or A&H Support.
