SQ6 stereo record not LR

Is it possible to stereo record to SQ drive not the main LR mix but another? I want to record a stereo matrix output instead as it has compression on it. I realise I could do multi track record but don’t want to waste the other 30 channels!
If it’s not, could this be a feature request please?…

patch it from the matrix outs and thats it

but it was hard to find how you achiev this with no mixer at hand…
but simply the USB output channels 1 and 2 are used for stereo recording

the main could have compression as well
but to use a matrix is a good idea

Bingo, I knew it must be possible; obvious really! Many thanks.
Strangely, the label for the right hand channel on the stereo SQ drive utility screen does not show the correct label, but seems to be working, perhaps a firmware issue? I’m on 1.5.0.
