SQ6 Soft Key Rotary Not Working?

Hi all,

I’m trying to set up my SoftKey Rotary 1 to control the amount/level of reverb being sent for a channel. I’m able to assign it…and the lighted “tab” will actually say “FX1amt”. However…when I turn the knob, there is no difference in the level of reverb being sent. Not sure what I’m doing wrong..?

I’ve tried to submit a ticket to that address…but it’s saying that my user account is not valid..?? Not sure what I’m doing wrong here? This is a pretty big deal as we use this board for worship purposes and often need to toggle the reverb off an on between songs and regular speaking….please help..!!

I think you need to set up a support account there, the forum is separate.

Hi Leo,

To submit a ticket on the support link, you need to register an account with us first.
You can then submit tickets from this account for support from our head office in the UK.
