I need some support including the sq6 console. we use it for broadcast, but last month, the mixer is randomly behaving very strangely. one stereo channel (in our case 19/20) where we have connected the “ON AIR” computer, goes directly in stereo out, the fader does not controll or stop it, not even the MUTE button. if we play something in player, even if the channel is off with the fader down, still the signal goes out from main out as well as other auxilaries. the only solution to get rid of this, is to load fast any scene (the current scene as well) , and it will work again. this is something i’ve never experienced and its really risky and problematic in our case. could you please help use if there is any solution.
PS. we tried the hard reset, deleted all scenes, we use the latest firmware, … but still its happening randomly.
