SQ6 Post Fader Mix

Hey,
I would like to set up a Post Fader Mix on my SQ6. I have a livestream mix on bank 12 but I would like to tie some of the faders to the main mix so that when the sound guy turns “Vox 1” up, it is also turned up in my post production mix. But I would like to set limits for some of them like the snare moves relative to the other main mix (snare on the livestream mix always stays 20% louder in the livestream mix than the main mix) but never can get louder than “zero” so there is no digital clipping.

I found the following video that touches on this but I was wanting more details.
