    @TrangHo

    Is there anyone who can help you do this who can teach you?

    It’s not that you can’t learn it all yourself, but to do a FOH/MON split (if that is what you are describing) I would expect substantial prior experience and help with a specific problem.

    If not, can you describe IN DETAIL what you wish to do and what you lack.

    Don’t take this the wrong way, but to gauge how to answer you we need to know what your experience level is. Have you read the manual, have you watched the youtube videos, do you have prior mixing experience, etc.?

    set up: all inputs and output to main and monitors to SQ5, SQ5 cat5 cable to SQ6.

    Option 1. SQ5 on stage just like DX box, all main mix and monitor mix Control by SQ6
    Option 2. SQ5 control the monitor mix on stage, and SQ6 for the FOH mix.

    I am the beginner but can learn.

    Thanks,

    You can’t direct control a SQ from another SQ.

    You can route audio between them.

    You can pseudo-control the SQ5’s mixes by sending the SQ6 mixes to the SQ5 inputs via sLink and then route those inputs directly to mixes.
    You might also be able to directly send audio to socket outputs on the SQ5 with the tie lines or routing, but I haven’t looked into this.
