    Hi all, my SQ 6 isn’t updating the firmware, the .bin file is in the root of the USB Drive but it says no image found on the Mixer. Any Advice?

    Neil,

    A few things that have helped others in this situation: (a) use a USB 2.0 (not 3.0) drive on to perform the task; (b) format the USB drive on the SQ; (c) use a Windows machine to load the file. Each of these has been reported as a fix before. Please report back with your experience and solution.

    no chance to install the new firmware. It always says no drive found although I used the same USB stick for former updates.

    Have you used a Windows PC? And formatted the Drive in SQ?
