SQ6 and AR 2412 link error

Hello, I’m looking for help!
I replaced the QU 24 with an SQ6. everything works fine locally but on the ar 2412 I have sound cuts of a few seconds, the light on the box turns red link / err. then the sound returns.
I put the latest update on the SQ.
Have you ever had this problem?

I take it that the 2412 worked fine with the QU.

Check the cable maybe something happened to it during the change over.
Also check the pins in the S link connector on the board and in the
2412 to make sure they are all straight.

Can you move the 2412 closer to the mixer and test it it with another cable?
Can you run another cable just to test?

yes it worked fine with the QU.
I will test with another cable this week.

Hi Jazzman

Did you update your SQ with your AR2412 connected? Sometimes the firmware update is not transmitted correctly to the stagebox. If not, and the problem is not the cable as Mike C sugessted, you could try to reinstall the latest firmware with the stagebox connected.

I changed the network cable, and it works perfectly.
if ever the problem occurs again, I will do an update with AR connected.
