SQ5 – Snake inputs vs Local

I’m using a snake with my SQ5 and had everything working – 2 mains and 1 monitor. Our local inputs worked just fine as well as our snake inputs. However our monitor was just getting the main L/R and not our monitor mix (we were using mix for the monitor, or so we thought). As I was trying out the monitor patches, all sound stopped going through any of the speakers. I’m not sure how to get it back and we have gone back to the basics of setting up each of the patches.

The only training I have had has been simple how-to videos on Youtube (I am a teacher and we are trying to make this work).

You just have to go to “I/O – Outputs – Mix Out” and have to patch there your Main LR and the Monitor (Mix x) to the desired local and/or SLink sockets (see also the picture).
