    All physical outputs high-frequency reduction, the spectrum in the photo. The headphone jack signal is fine. And everything works on USB.The first time it happened at the concert venue on January 12. In stock, everything returned to normal. The second time occurred on May 24 at the concert venue, and upon returning to the warehouse, everything came back to normal. The third time occurred on May 25, and now finally stopped working. After the first time I turned to the local (Russia) support service, the answer came from there: “Perhaps this is due to the instability of electricity.” On the concert stage, the tension was checked for the second and third time – everything was in order. And in the interval between the first and second cases, the console worked on the same concert venues. But now nothing works, nowhere (

    Please start a ticket at support.allen-heath.com and we can do some troubleshooting with you.

    Unfortunately, it may be a hardware issue with the power on the board, but as the issue is always there, the distributor will now be able to find the real cause.
