This performs a graceful shutdown for audio, connections and data, including a ‘stop writing to anything’ to prevent corruption internally and if using SQ-Drive.
And the lights dim of course…
A ‘dead screen on boot that disappears when rebooting’ is a tricky one to hunt down as you might expect, but after a couple of reports of it, we are a’hunting.
So thanks for the suggestion, but as the shut down procedure has been there for many years without change and the reports of the issue do not correlate with power cuts or improper shutdown, probably not.
