Until the delivery of my SQ-5 in November, I got a SQ-6 on loan from my supplier. A great mixer, super! As a drummer, I want to be able to start and stop recording and playback from a USB stick from my position behind the kit via SQ MixPad.
But now I do not find this function in the MixPad… Am I doing something wrong or why is this not supported? Thank you Dan
Direct control of SQ-Drive is not currently available in SQ-MixPad.
You can however, assign SQ-Drive controls to SoftKeys which in turn can be controlled through MixPad.
The app allows you to access all 16 SoftKeys, so with an SQ-5 you can even assign and use SoftKeys 9-16 from the app for this.
