How do I get the SQ to connect only two channels to my pc. Zoom does not like having all the channel options. It only shows the last few audio connections.

I assume your connecting to the PC via USB.
Do you have the QU driver loaded on the PC?

You can assign any mix output to the USB output tracks.
Try assigning your L R stereo mix to tracks 1 & 2 on the USB
or if your using a separate mix for Zoom assign that mix to
tracks 1 & 2 on the USB out.

You can also un-assign all the other USB tracks.

Zoom is not designed to work with multichannel audio, so on macOS, it will generally pick up and/or send to the first two USB channels in each direction.
With Windows, you can use one of the 4 stereo WDM (Windows system) devices provided by the driver – these use the first 4 pairs of USB channels as labelled, so input device ‘SQ 1&2’ is whatever you’ve patched to USB 1&2 from the SQ, then playback device ‘SQ 1&2’ will go back out to the SQ and appear as USB-B input channels 1&2.
