SQ-5 USB Interface Dead at Random

Hey All

I picked up an SQ-5 for my production room a month or so ago and it has been functioning well. Suddenly the USB interface is not functioning in Windows 10 or Mojave 10.14.2. The device can be seen and selected by any DAW I open (Logic, Reaper, Rx etc etc), however in Windows there is a message stating “ASIO not active” and safe mode is checked by default (unchecking does nothing). In Mojave Core Audio detects the device, but when I click play in any app the SQ will not pass signal from the USB input assignments.

I have:
– Reset Firmware to current
– Reset Drivers to current (Windows)
– Swapped USB 2 Cable
– Swapped USB 2 Port (and even tried USB 3 Ports)
– Hardware Reset on SQ (EQ IN + HF on Boot)

Other interfaces still function perfectly on the same ports. Something is wrong with the SQ-5. Literally nothing changed in my setup.

I have submitted a ticket today to AH but am very concerned about this. Anybody experience this? Help!
