There does not seem to be a direct way to get to the shutdown screen.

Being a good doobie, when I was done with the SQ for today, I looked for the shutdown screen.
No amount of button pushing seemed to get to it. Turns out a fader was selected on layer 4.
It doesn’t seem reasonable to have to search all layers in order to shut it down.

    from the manual:
    Home screen

This is the first screen shown when powering on the SQ. It is also shown when no
channels are selected, and no other screens are active

Select a channel. Press Processing. Unselect the channel. Although a HOME button would be much better (or even a combination of buttons simultaneously).

And that means most owners of this desk will simply power it off cause doing it right is too hard.

the only desks, that I know, that you can
shut down directly are yamaha. all others have longer shutdown procedures

Add dLive mixracks without consoles, X32 Cores, M32C’s and Waves servers to that list. That always bothered me about Waves servers.
