Same as scenemanager but for shows;) this seems to be relevant for all venues with different technicians using mixpad, cause If a scene happens in one show, you will never have access to it in another show again.
I want to load shows with filters for every kind of scene- and showdata mentioned on page 50 in reference guide 1.4.0
Scenario:
Band technician also uses sq6, got everything prepared. Although we’ve got all data needed, there’s simply no possibility that one of our shows has to be changed by hand, if we want to run one show during the whole evening. wasting time…The showmanager should include the function to copy a single scene from one show to another show using the filters mentioned above.
Scenario:
Small club, different people at the mixer but same equipment every evening. Everyone is using Mixpad app for preparing their events. So every persons show includes the scenes they pulled off the mixer and those they prepared and then used at the event. The problem occures if someone has to mix a band, a different technician mixed before. Or even worse: one band from your own show and one band from another’s show and you have to play the music in the break…There’s no way to have quick access to all relevant scenes of one venue for different users. If a scene happens in one show, you will never have access to it in another show again.
Even if you have both shows for both bands on one device/USB stick, you load the second show not knowing which routing changes etc. may also occures without research. So you’ll do it again by hand, wasting time again…Right now to have everyone’s scenes up to date, the show would have to be pulled from the board every evening and uploaded to cloud, which would minimize the time for preparing on Mixpad to maximum one day for the next staff.
A great board we all love to use, but it’s not “social” one;)

It seems that the function we were looking for was integrated on the board itself since 1.4.0 without us recognizing. Puts a big smile on our face, although there’s no recallfilter for shows. (For those who are also unable to read: p.58)
But it seems that this is only possible using usb sources, not via mixpad and sync(?). A bit uncomfortable when using mobile devices…
To be able to edit and copy between several shows while not being at the board itself would make things easier to handle, so we’re still looking forward to an integration of this function into mixpad;)2019/09/02 at 9:09 am #86159SteffenRParticipantrecall filters for shows make no sense, since a show is the complete state of the desk including scenes and libraries and your personal settings
loading a show replaces the parameters at the console with the parameters saved in the showfilebut importing scenes from usb to the loaded show would be helpful

according to page 59 of reference guide 1.4.0 the import of scenes from USB into the show is already available! Same for libraries…Couldn’t believe it either, but looks great!

then started from scratch -
