Hey knowledgable forum people- hoping you can help
We have just got our new SQ6 and I notice that whilst surface slots 1-12 show a scribble strip- slots 13-24 do not. This is true for all the layers.
So if I take a channel– ST1 say and I move it using the surface assign and drop it on slot 13 -the slot does not show the ST1 name ie its blank- no colour, no name.. the channel is there: I can see the processing window for it and mute it etc but no scribble strip.. move it back to slot 1 say and I see the ST1 name and green colour as expected.
It is a new desk. Never been used. Is there a setting I have overlooked or doing something daft or a fault?
