    Hey everybody,

just looked through the forum, but couldn’t find an answer to my relatively simple question, I suppose.

I have a drum machine connected to a QU16’s Lines 3-4, then I put a built in reverb FX on these tracks and send the signal to Logic (which is connected by USB B streaming) by simply choosing a channel 3-4 in Input. When I record this track I get a dry sound without FX that I hear on LR.

This must be a routing mistake that I do, but I can’t figure out what would be the right way.

    Thanks in advance!

It is a routing problem. FX 1 & 2 are normally set up to “return” to the desk through their own channels which will not be recorded this way.

You could do what you want by using the effects units (3 and/or 4 maybe) as inserts on your drum machine channels.
