Hi All,

I should note that the latest iOS hasn’t yet gone through testing so we cannot officially support it. So I don’t recommend updating until it has completed testing.

Hi, Alex. Is there an ETA for testing? I need to wipe our theater control iPad for reasons too gory to recount, and it will therefore end up on iOS 13. It would be great if you folks could prioritize testing with iOS beta versions when they come out, so that apps can be qualified at time of public release. It’s complicated to manage devices with iOS version restrictions.

Hi!

It is not possible to provide an ETA for when this will be supported, because it is possible for fixes to be required and this would change the time it takes to test, develop, then test again.
