    Hi everybody,

    I sound a group on 33 channels:

    1-24 from an AR24-12
    25-33 from SQ-5 (XLR 1-9)

The electric guitar is wired to XLR 11 of the AR2412 (Ip11)

On one song the guitarist changes his guitar,
he takes an acoustic guitar wired to the XLR 9 (48V) of the SQ-5 (Ip33)
On this song, I mute the Ip11 and unmute the Ip33.

I’d like to route the Ip33 in advance to track 11 of my USB key
to have the acoustic guitar on the recording,

but in the I/O menu can we route several channels to one USB track ?

    Nope, 1 track = 1 IP

A workaround, if you have it available, could be to route both guitars to an unused Group, Unassign the group from your mix and patch the group as that one track on the recording.
Disclaimer: not tested as I use my Dante to record straight into reaper/Nuendo/Waves Tracks Live. 😉

So you use all Aux and all groups….

Hmmmm wild idear: if you have one of the FX sends unused, then send the two channels to that, make it a PEQ and bypass it, then record the return from that FX ?

Other than that I am out of solutions.

Mmh… Maybe Grab your SQ or Mixpad and have a Look at the Routing Page?

    Best Regards,
    Tobias
