Rotary on Faders…good idea?

Hi girls and guys,

what do think? Is it a good idea to have all things that are rotary assignable also on a fader? For one: I don´t have rotaries on my SQ5…And imagine Fader Layer F for example as a way to directly manipulate fx parameters and have a superb visual control: I would use it for reverb and delay time, delay feedback and mono/LR shift, gated reverb hold, Chorus rate and depth…and what if we could link more than one parameter to that fader, something that is like the morphing feature of the kemper profiling amp…endless possibilities!
