I’m a very happy SQ5 owner, love this mixer!
Except for two of the rotary encoders are malfunctioning, the one in the lower right hand corner won’t work unless dialed very, very slowly, and one of the eq section seems to have the same problem. Apparently this problem is not uncommon: I’ve read several similar experiences, and it’s supposedly a hardware problem with the encoder.
Is there any way the tech department of the distributor in The Netherlands will be able to fix this within a considerable amount of time? I really can’t afford to miss the mixer for several weeks / months, and I’ve only had it for a couple of months. I’ll contact them tomorrow as well.
