    Hi

I’ve been using the QU24 for a long time without any problem. Suddenly when I change scenes the faders don’t move on the main mix. Faders work when graphics or otherwise.

I’ve updated the firmware, hard reset, still no luck.

    Please help.

this depends on what you stored on the scenes
make shure you have different fader positions stored to the scene

do the faders move when you change the layers?

Yes Steffen the faders move when we change layers as well as switch to graphic. I had different fader positions stored scene wise. It worked fine before. But it’s stopped now 🙁

    Scenes screen
global safes a tab on the top
filters are represented by a button behind every scene

Thanks Steffen. I tried all combinations but it didn’t work. The faders move under the mixes but the LR does not. I’ve given it to the service center, hope they can fix it. Thanks again. God bless.
