    Hello,

since yesterday I am experiencing a malfunction in my loved QU16 console.
    Latest Qu16 Firmware 1.90 / Mac Mini Server Late 2012 / macOS Sierra 10.12.6

    1. ST3 is set to USB streaming (worked fine for years).
    2. now, all of a sudden qu16’s internal audio signal stops
    3. at same time levels of MIX1-MIX9/10 go to maximum
    4. to get audio signal back, I have to turn qu16 off and on again
    5. same problems occurs (see 2+3) after a minute or little bit later

I noticed that during a few reboot attempts the touch display even stopped with the QU16 logo screen and the interface and console becomes unresponsive. I have already updated latest firmware, changed USB cable and ports on my Mac Mini, tried on different computer also, to no avail.

    Help is highly appreciated.
    Cheers from Germany
    Oliver

1, Full desk reset – test.
2, Download latest version of 1.9 again & reinstall – test.
3, Contact your dealer / A&H to open support ticket

    Thanks MarkOAMan,

the problem did not occur again, I left Qu16 running for several hours without issues… so I hope it will not re-appear, albeit I really would like to find out why that strange failure happened. If it comes back, I will post here and start a support ticket.
