    it would be really nice if you could integrate qu-sb as a layer, so if I have a qu-24 and need a few more channels, I could buy a qu-sb and leave it on stage, and control it via a layer in the qu-24.

    Don’t hold your breath waiting for a complete re-engineering of the Qu line. Just use the QuPad app to control the SB and feed a couple of stems back to your 24 via the Matrices. That’ll do what you need, but basically you’re looking at using a sub-mixer to expand your channel count. How you configure your system to use it is up to you.

    i got ya. I guess my hope was something similar to what the sq series does. maybe instead of the qu-sb it would integrate into the ab168… but I guess with that… I could just upgrade to the sq series. would prefer to not to. 🙂
