Thanks, Giga, but my iPad is connected via WiFi router and CAT5 to the Qu-16 Network. I also do not witness any disconnection.

With your iPad connected to the routers WIFI, when you open the QU Pad mix APP does
QU SB show up in the white box in the center of the screen.

On the router what port do you the mixer plugged into, it should be in one of the LAN ports (usually four of them together in a row) and not plugged into the WAN port (sometimes a different color jack and away the from the other jacks.

On the mixer the plug into the network jack not the D Snake jack.

It looks like your were responding as I was typing this post.

I am very grateful for your attention. Thanks.
Yes, when I open the QU-Pad mix APP, the QU-SB is an option. I choose it, *plus* does not appear to disconnect.
On the router it’s plugged into one of the LAN ports, yes.
On the mixer the plug is indeed into the network jack, not the dSnake jack.

I’m starting to think it’s more of a hardware issue.

Hard you tried a hard reset and firmware reinstall?

Hi Mike. Thanks. Indeed I have tried hard reset (unplugging), and several Network/Factory rests, which are often dysfunctional: lights do not always signal after reset button is pressed.
It occurred to me to try a firmware reinstall but once I asserted that weeks ago I had already installed the latest firmware, I assumed that firmware wasn’t the problem, but… now that you suspect that it could be, i’ll see that through ….stay tuned….

Thanks, BRS. I hadn’t accidentally hit the “on” button on the channel?

Thanks, BRS. I hadn’t accidentally hit the “on” button on the channel?

Glad you got it working but I thought you had the same issue when you tried other channels…..or was on turned off on all of them.
