    Hi Guys
    Recently got a Qu Pac and being a newbie to mixing, it has impressed me and very happy with it so far

    I have been trying to update the firmware, however cannot ‘Unzip’ the file provided by A&H, have tried a few programs but nothing seems to work and some programs are fairly expensive to try. (A bit of a waste of money as it will basically only be used once).

    Could I ask that A&H provide ‘Unzipped’ file/s in order to facilitate easier upgrades, else maybe help, as I have followed A&H instructions provided.

    Hi

    Just use a free version of ‘Winzip or Winrar’, works for me.

    ‘Winrar’ worked for me, Wow, thanks. !!

    Downloaded winzip, but when trying to ‘Unzip’ i got a notification saying Trial period had ended… ??? tried another program but did not get anything right either.

    Sure glad I got onto this forum, Help comes fast. !!!

    Now I just got to get on learning the desk. Haha
