QU-PAC backup

Hi!
I need to send my qu-pac to warranty repair.
I want to backup my settings (matrixes etc).
Is it enough if I just copy my scenes to USB stick?

That will do it.

What firmware version are you running on your QU Pac?

I did have a couple scenes that were created on an earlier
firmware version, worked fine being recalled in the mixer during
the various update versions but for reason would not load back into
a mixer.

All of other newer scenes loaded and copied fine.

I would copy the show rather than scenes if the qu-pac has that option.
The documentation is unclear as to what would save everything so you could restore it.

Shows are saved directly to the USB stick, scenes are part of the show.
When recalling a scene and you want every setting that was set up in the mixer
to be recalled with the scene be sure the scene filters are off and the scene recall
blocks are all off.
