yes I did on a cable tester made for this. 1 to 1 cable 6 conductor. Rj12 2 inside unit one for the digital snake one for Ethernet. I at 1st thought they were Rj45 but they were not. So far American Music & Sound has not called back and I cant get service to reply all they have to do it authorize a 2$ cable sent to me. Hell I will even pay for it I don’t really care.

so if anyone ever finds that cable has failed here is part # its not a common cat5 8 pin just so you know. Rj12 part number for the cable: AH-AH9188 (CABLE CAT5E UTP 0.4M / QU)
