So, I checked the list and bought 2 devices that I see have been tested as working.

    SanDisk Cruzer Fit CZ33 64GB USB 2.0 Low-Profile Flash Drive- SDCZ33-064G-B35
128GB Integral USB3.0 Portable SSD External Storage Drive

Neither of them work with my Qu-16. Firmware is 1.9.

The Cruzer will try to format…but I left it at one point and came back 20 minutes later and it was still at 0% and I had to restart the console to get that to clear up.

The Integral drive, which I’ve actually seen the A&H guys showing when doing the demos on YouTube won’t even recognize. I can plug it into 3 different PC’s and it shows fine. I see the yellow light blink for a second on the console when I attach the USB connection and then the screen just says USB device not recognized.

I’m not sure what to do here. Is there a step I’m missing or what?

Unfortunately it appears that SanDisk have changed their chips – see Harry’s post made on 2016/08/30 at 6:30 pm

(Can’t work out how to link directly to it – it’s on page two)
