    One feature I would love to see would be the ability to pause a multi track recording in progress, with tracks staying armed and ready to pick up where they left off once the Play/Pause button is pressed again.

    Isn’t that what the play pause button does?

    Not while recording it doesn’t.

    You realise the recorded material would in effect ‘jump’ in time if this happened?

    Of course! The idea is to be able to skip over multiple extended breaks/transitions, but still have only one file/folder at the end of the day.

    Have to say I hadn’t tried it particularly…
    I tend to be trying to break the files up after a gig, not putting them together…
