    Hi,
I made an Update und have a lot of jumps during Multitrack Recordings now. Same setup with a Sandisk Extreme USB 3.0. Re-Formatted it and made several Test-Recordings.
I’ve read that I’m not the only one. Are there any solutions yet?

    Hi Hossi,

If you roll back the firmware to 1.93 does it resolve the issues?

    Thanks

    Alex

    Hi Hossi,

Would you be able to start a ticket at support.allen-heath.com so I can look into this further for you?

    Thanks

    Alex

Yes, I used a Samsung SSD T5 250 GB and it works. Weired. The Sandisk Extreme 3.0 worked for Years…

I too have had this since the last version of the firmware. The two drives I had (a WD passport and a Transcend USB stick) were both on the approved list and both started jumping on the recordings. I knew something was wrong as I had the little red exclamation mark on the screen and the recording screen documented how many errors it had encountered.Have purchased the same SSD as Hossi so hoping this fixes the issue.

    Hi Roy,

Have you confirmed if rolling the firmware back to 1.93 solves the issue?

    Thanks

    Alex
