I take it that is a close up of a fader’s wiper contacts.

When you say shaking are the some of the faders just setting there a
quivering back and forth a little.

What firmware verion is your board running?
Have you tried the fader calibration set up?

    I have nmade the calibration.

The defect is as follows: if I make a setting for the main output and then go on fx1 when I return to the front page some of the potentiometers are no longer at the initial position. if I link the two potentiometers and the other one should follow the first but the two do have a jerky move, it shakes and does not stop in the same position as the first one. the mixer has the latest software.

my problem is exactly the same as that shown in the X32 movie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PzOqtoh-eRM

Maybe you already tried this, if not try doing a hard reset to the mixer and then reload
    the current firmware.

Back up any important scenes before doing the hard reset.

If that doesn’t work it sounds like it’s time to call A&H service.
