Qu 32 format prblem

When I start for format but the percentage is stuck at 0 for long time so how can I update firmware

Why does the QU unit lose sound for approx. 5 seconds and then come back in.
Sometimes accompanied with static to every channel; the building was surrounding by rain storms and lightening during this episode; could that be the cause?

Hello @Yash,

You may want trying to format the drive in a computer first then.
You can do this by selecting the drive on your PC, right click on it and select ‘Format’, select the file system as FAT32.
Once it has been formatted, insert the drive on the mixer and format again inside the mixer.
