    We keep getting buzzing threw our headphone jack witch wasn’t there befor. Also we can hear the buzzing when we have oout in ear monitors. Also you can hear it on the house speakers.

    Something attached to one of your inputs is likely the culprit.
    Although there is a small chance there might be a Qu failure I would look elsewhere first.

    Remove all inputs and add them back one by one to see which one is causing it.

    If you just added or changed anything I would look there first.
    Especially if a DI box or similar was involved.

    Before unplugging anything, I’d listen on your headphones to each input on its own using the PAFL buttons. Make sure you’re only listening to one thing at a time.

    Logical unplugging is better than physical unplugging.

    PAFL, mute/unmute each channel separately, or similar search technique could find it faster easier.
    But if that fails then it might have something to do with the connections and how they are used.
