    Qu 32 boot failure. It powers up and shows only qu 32 on screen. I tried hard reset and also firmware update in boot mode but don’t help.
    Any other suggestions

    Have you double checked the firmware download and stick?

    Is this post upgrade? Post power cut? Post spilling drink the mixer? Post parachute jump???

    I updated firmware almost thrice in boot mode. It’s the same stick which I beeen using with the mixer before.mixer is backed up by UPS. No spilling of drinks or mishandling.

    Did it boot at all with the current firmware?

    Reformat the stick and put a clean copy of the firmware on it.
