    Hi,
    new QU-16 user here.

When streaming audio out via usb to my macbook pro m1, the sound gets dull and looses the correct mid and high frequencies compared to the AES and Monitor out. All single channels, mixes and LR out are affected.
Sending the Main outs (Audio) to my Prismsound Titan Audiointerface, everything is fine, but switching back to QU16 in my DAWs (LogicPro / Ableton) I don’t hear what I have mixed. So – I im loosing the multitracking feature for now. Any idea what setting might cause the issue?

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

You have probably set your pick-off point for USB post preamp/pre everything else.

Check pages 38 and 78 in the manual.

At this hour I would miss something if I tried to type it!

Checked insert CH/ST Source: Set to DIRECT OUTS
Checked direct out Setting: Set to POST DELAY

Changes have no effect on how audio is streamed whatsoever

Levels are much lower on USB – Direct out Trim has no effect

    Dynamics still lost

According to the Firmware Documentation of 1.97, the highest MAC OS Version supported is 10.13.

Well, I am on Maveric 12.2 – might that cause the problem?
