    Hi there.

    I have a QU-24 that isn’t sending sound out to the mains on channels 16-18. It is receiving signal and the routing is set to LR, but I just cannot understand why it won’t come out the speakers.

    1. Make sure that they are assigned to / ON in the LR mix, not just turned up.
    2. Make sure that they are not assigned to a DCA which may be turned all the way down.

    Everything Scott said. Are you able to sound from those channels on any of the PRE or POST FADE mix outs? If it’s the DCA issue only PRE FADE would produce any signal.
